The “revenge” of a former Disney employee on a demanding guest will delight the Internet

A former member of the Disney cast became viral when he shared a story about a time when they “took revenge” on a demanding guest of the park.

A former park employee who posted a post on TikTok on Sunday under the username Macy (@marissadeanne) explained that the guest had asked her to create a “magic moment”. The post garnered more than 2 million views and thousands of comments from amused viewers who supported the “small revenge” of the former cast member.

I promise that the cast members want to create magical moments, but they won’t do it when you ask them.

According to WDW Info, magical moments are “an immediate act of kindness between actors and guests.” Magical moments can be anything from offering a child a Mickey sticker or giving a guest who dropped ice cream a “No Strings Attached” ticket to allowing the family to leave a long line at the attraction.

While the thought of these magical moments may sound nice, the site warns that guests should not “expect” these acts of kindness or ask for them. Unfortunately, it seems that the guest in Macy’s story may not have received this advice before entering the parks.

No strings attached

In her video, Macy stated that the guest had shamelessly asked her to fill out a No Strings Attached card, which can be used as a quick ticket or as a voucher for free food or merchandise.

“I was very surprised,” Macy said. “I told him I didn’t write him No Strings, and he was very confused why I wouldn’t just write it to him.”

Macy set to work and twenty minutes later met the “most beautiful” family in South Africa.

“[It was] they were in the States for the first time, ”Macy explained. “I loved them [and] I had such a good conversation with them. “

After a while, the family joined Macy’s line to buy some merchandise, as did the previous guest who had applied for a No Strings card.

“So I asked the family if they wanted a quick pass to Test Track and there [other guest] he was so crazy, but they didn’t ask and he did, so don’t ask, “Macy concluded.

In the headline of her post, she added: “I promise that the cast members want to create magical moments, but they will NOT do so when you ask them.”

Takeaways TikToker

Commentators said they liked the story and agreed that asking for a magical moment was “rude.”

“I love it!” Sara shouted. “Don’t ask, be nice.”

If you have a good time there, magic will find you! Asking is so tacky.

“I literally don’t understand why people would do that – it’s not magic when you ask for it,” No Thankyou wrote.

“If you have a good time there, magic will find you! Asking is so tacky,” said Nicole Dreibelbeis.

Benjamin added, “I love petty revenge.”

Newsweek Macy asked for a comment.

Macy is not the first former member of the Disney cast to become viral on TikTok.

Others include a man who described how he once turned a “rocky” interaction with a guest into a good time, a woman who claimed that actors could only speak English, and a former character who said she once cried the guest.
