Four things that were seen during the wild Everton celebrations when Lampard failed and Gordon loves it

Everton’s survival in the Premier League was assured.

Frank Lampard’s team did not do easily against Crystal Palace on Thursday night, defending themselves with two goals during the break and securing a dramatic 3-2 win over the Eagles. The blows of Michael Keane, Richarlison and Dominic Calvert-Lewin brought the Blues an unforgettable turnaround and ensured that top football will be seen again in Goodison Park next season.

Goodison’s course was flooded with fans after a full-time whistle, and Spirt of the Blues spread across the ground in response as players joined the celebrations on a night of great importance. Lampard’s passion was also clearly visible during this period as he attempted to further increase decibel levels.

Here are some moments you may have missed since the celebrations began …

Lampard is a villain

Lampard was only on the field for a short time before heading to the Everton directors’ box and joined such as Bill Kenwright and Tony Bellew. The head of the Blues was pictured jumping up and down in front of Kenwright et al.

Goodison Park never shone as brightly as Everton fans finally got what they deserved

As Goodison Park entered its final years, it was fitting that he had such a night.

No one knows what the future holds during the countdown of new life on Liverpool waterfront.

But one thing is certain: the Premier League will return to this historic stadium next year.

It was a shame that it was ever so in doubt. However, this is another problem.

On Thursday night, the Great Old Lady swayed and bounced, exploded and exploded, a chaos of noise and emotion, and at the end the air stung with the taste and smell of smokestacks that came to symbolize the passion and desire of the fan base that refused to give up.

After Dominic Calvert-Lewin – a striker whose personal despair intertwined with the agony of his club during a painful talisman injury season – sealed one of the most dramatic and important returns in Everton’s modern history, the sky turned blue. The last 10 minutes of watching this frenetic match were like watching football through a social network filter.

Evaluation of full-time players

Jordan Pickford – 7

His kicks were atypically relaxed during the first half and did not control the space in the second goal. In the second half, however, at the crucial moment, he performed a major intervention.

Alex Iwobi – 8

Another great performance from a midfielder. He was solid when he was used as a defender, but he really came to life when he was traded in his natural position – with his industry and creativity crucial.

Seamus Coleman – 7

He caught too easily following the second goal, but it was a rare opportunity to make a mistake. All his sheer determination and love for the club showed in the second half.

Michael Keane – 8

He was solid with his individual work during the first half, despite the fact that his party collected twice, and at the beginning of the second half he showed a beautiful finish, which began a dramatic return.
